Need a Skype conversation on screen for a video, a story, a lesson or a design mock-up?
The fake Skype chat generator draws a chat the way Skype's mobile app showed it in its last design: the top bar with the contact's picture, status badge and name, or the group's participants, the light grey and light blue bubbles, "Name, time" over the other side's messages and the time over yours, photos, reactions, the small picture under your last message seen, and the message bar at the bottom. Pick an iPhone or an Android phone, light or dark, write the messages, then download a picture or record the chat as a video.
Microsoft closed Skype in May 2025; this tool only draws its look. It is made for fun, creative work and demonstrations, and is not related to Skype or Microsoft. Use it responsibly: never to impersonate someone, deceive people or mislead anyone.
1. Pick the phone. Choose Android or iPhone and light or dark mode in Display Settings, and set the status bar: clock, network, signal, battery.
2. Set up the chat. In the Chat tab, choose a one-to-one or a group chat, add the name, picture and status, or the group's members.
3. Write the messages. In the Messages tab, add texts, photos and days, from you or the other side, each with its time and a reaction; edit, move or remove them in the list.
4. Download or record. Check the Preview, then download the chat as a PNG, JPG or WEBP picture, or record it as a video in which the messages arrive one by one.

Save This Chat keeps the conversation, its pictures included, in your browser, so you can come back and change it later; Save Setting keeps your phone, theme and status bar as a preset for the next one. Premium accounts also keep them in their account.
