Fake Telegram Chat List Generator

A fake Telegram chat list generator makes a picture of Telegram's chat list with chats that do not exist. FakeDetail's draws the whole screen, from the status bar to the tab bar, so the result reads like a real Telegram screenshot rather than a template with blanks. It works in your browser from your own text and pictures: nothing is sent to Telegram, and no Telegram account is needed or used.

Use it as a Telegram chat list template for a video or a story, a Telegram mockup for an app design or a pitch, or a fake Telegram screenshot for a lesson or a meme. It is not connected with Telegram.

• 1. Choose the phone. In Display Settings pick iPhone or Android and light or dark mode, then set the status bar: the clock, network, signal and battery.

• 2. Write the chats. In the Chats tab, click a chat to edit it or click Add Chat. Choose what it is — a person, a group, a channel, a bot, a secret chat or Saved Messages — then its name, picture and last message.

• 3. Add the details. Give each chat a time and an unread count, pin it, mute it, mark it verified or online, show "typing…" or a red "Draft:", add a story ring, and set the checks of your own last message.

• 4. Set the screen. In the Screen tab, change the title, add your chat folders with their counts, show the stories row and the Archived Chats row, and set the number on the Chats tab.

• 5. Put them in order. Drag the chats into the order you want; pinned chats stay at the top, as in Telegram.

• 6. Download or record. Download the screen as a PNG, JPG or WEBP picture, or use Screen Recording to make a video of the chat list scrolling.

• Kinds of chat — private chats, groups with the sender of the last message, channels, bots, secret chats with the green lock, and Saved Messages with its bookmark

• Pictures — upload a photo, or keep Telegram's coloured circle with the name's initials in any of its seven colours

• Unread and muted — the blue unread badge, grey when the chat is muted, the muted icon after the name and the @ badge for a mention

• Pinned, verified, online — the pin on the right, Telegram's verified badge, the green online dot on a person's picture

• Typing and drafts — "typing…" in Telegram's blue with its dots, or your unsent message after a red "Draft:"

• Your messages — the clock while it sends, one check when sent, two checks when read, next to the time

• Stories — the coloured ring of a new story, the grey ring of a seen one, and on iPhone the stories row with My Story

• The whole screen — chat folders with their counts, Archived Chats, the Premium star, the tab bar's count, the font, the text size and the screen size

Telegram looks different on each phone, and so does the preview. On iPhone it follows Telegram's Liquid Glass design: Edit and the new-message buttons in glass pills round the "Chats" title, the stories row under them, the folders in a glass bar and the tab bar — Contacts, Calls, Chats, Settings — floating at the bottom with the round search button beside it. On Android it follows Telegram's 2026 design: the blue "Telegram" title, the search bar, the folder tabs, and the floating tab bar with Chats, Contacts, Settings and Profile, the new-message button above it.

The sizes, colours and icons come from Telegram's own apps, which are open source: the row heights, the picture sizes, the text sizes and the colours of the light and dark themes are Telegram's, and the icons are Telegram's own drawings.

Screen Recording plays your chat list the way you would scroll it on a phone: a swipe, a pause on the chats now in view, the next swipe, down to the last chat, while the top bar, the folders and the tab bar stay in place. Choose the quality, the format (MP4 where your browser can record it) and the speed, and the video downloads when it ends.

• Lessons — teach how easily a chat list screenshot can be faked, and what to check before trusting one

Use made-up names or your own, or ask before using someone's name or picture. Do not present an invented chat list as someone's real phone, and say that a screenshot is a mockup wherever it could be taken for real. A screenshot proves little on its own: treat one you cannot check with care.

Save keeps the whole chat list, pictures included, in your browser, so you can come back and change it later; Save Setting keeps your phone and status bar as a preset for the next one. Premium accounts also keep them in their account.
